What is EFT?
EFT stands for emotional freedom technique, also known as tapping. It was developed by Gary Craig in the early 1990's. His amazing discovery was based on an energy healing technique of Dr. Roger Callahan called Thought Field Therapy (TFT).
Emotional Freedom Technique has a similar approach to acupuncture. Instead of needles, we tap on the main energy spots on our body (called meridians) to release negative emotions!
It combines the physical benefits of acupuncture with the cognitive benefits of traditional talk therapy for faster results. Most aspects of our lives are not working the way we like due to a disruption in the body's energy system.
